DESCRIPTION

Ryuujin has a somewhat long black hair with light brown highlights. He usually wears a baseball cap to keep them out of his eyes. Otherwise, his hair looks like he just got out of bed. His hair is smooth and silky which he inherited from his mother.

As for his eyes, they are big and amber colored under high arched black brows. He gives the impression as if he knows some secret about you which he is not going to share. They can be cold-looking especially when he is in a fury or warm and friendly whenever he is with his family and friends if he ever had them.

He currently stands at five feet tall with an athletes body. This is thanks to the martial arts lessons that he has taken as a hobby. His body is toned and with well-defined muscles despite his young age and almost frail looks (his muscles get hidden under the clothes he wears which make him seem frail).

He likes to wear lose and baggy clothes that are a size or two bigger than him. This is the reason why he gets mistaken for being frail when he is certainly not.

personality

Ryuujin is a very quiet and reserved person. One cannot term him as shy for he does not have that trait in his genes at all, rather, he's a sort of loner because of his many differences from the average Muggle person. In addition, Ryuujin is not one for trivial talk and rarely initializes a conversation although... he will speak when spoken to. His quietness in any situation is also one reason that makes him... invisible or forgettable within a crowd. Not only that, Ryuujin is kind of hard to get to know for he has this unapproachable vibe around him. One could say that it is a fault of his personality. But, do not get me wrong, he is the most amiable sort of fellow. It is just that the way he carries himself puts others off.

However, behind that quiet facade of his, is a fiery temper that is a illogical with his quiet and reserved mentality. And once his ire has been roused, beware the stranger that gets in his path for there is nothing on earth that would stop Ryuujin in venting his wrath whether it be verbal or physical. It has been fortunate so far that Ryuujin has only ever vented his wrath verbally, except for the very first time that he vented his anger physically, to anyone or anything that was unfortunate enough to have been in his way. Moreover, despite his tendency to be a loner when among other humans, animals of every sort and size just seem to find him... fascinating for there is never a day that Ryuujin talks about playing with this animal or that. In addition, having substituted animals for human friends, whenever Ryuujin encounters a hurt animal, he cannot help it but to help the animal in return for befriending Ryuujin.

Although, among his family and friends, one would find that Ryuujin is an entirely different person. Once you do get to know him, Ryuujin is the kind of person where one could express his or her most deepest darkest secret and not worry about it being spread around the school or neighborhood. He is a warm and kind person always quick to offer his help. Ryuujin does not like to tattle nor does he like people who spread rumors about others. He believes that secrets must be held dear to oneself should a person deem you worthy enough to share a secret. In addition, he firmly believes that promises must be kept and never broken. He has a dim view of others who do not keep their promises.

Moreover, when among family and friends, Ryuujin is more... open and talkative. He always has a ready smile on his face which is where those laugh lines comes from. He is a very loving and caring person always helping out in whatever way he can. In addition, he is very protective of his family and friends. He would even face bullies twice his size in order to defend and protect his few close friends. He is quick to correct others about their etiquette and manners especially his elders. One could almost say that there is no joy in his life because of his quiet and reserved personality when dealing with people outside of his family and friends, however... he is quick to laugh at his mistakes and his blunders. In addition, he has an optimistic way of looking at things in life.

Moreover, unlike other children, Ryuujin has a great love of learning. Ryuujin is a pretty quick learner and has a talent for remembering things, obscure or otherwise, better than most people can. However, his best skill is his eloquent speech. He uses wit, intellect, some sarcasm, and a whole lot of charm to convey his thoughts. During his free time, Ryuujin likes to alphabetize things, or arrange things in color gradient patterns. He is very coordinated and rarely does he trip or fall over things. He enjoys swimming, and sky-gazing (he’s the head-in-the-clouds kind).

As for his faults, one would say that his low opinion of those who are considered dim or dumb is a failing trait of his personality. He also thinks that other boys his age and a few men do not compare to his sense of fashion when it comes to choosing clothes that will not clash colors. And another trait that may be considered a fault is that when he gets engrossed in his reading, he would normally ignore his surrounding so you'll have to actually physically disturb him to get his attention. And last but not least, he has a great fear of heights because of the accident when he was younger. He used to get nauseous and in rare occasions faint should he be given the visage that he was standing on air or should he be near the edge or a window. As long as there was solid footing beneath his feet, he was fine, otherwise, he would start to freak out.
